Background
I have problem with industrial espionage with thieves working closely with the Swedish security-police and the Swedish prison system.
I had a document theft and also theft in my two safes about one time every second week for a period of 5 years. The rumour said i had a breakin every day. After i started with developing my own home defense plan i found a system that now reduces the breakins to about once every three months. I still have problem with professionals thiefs and burglars but they have stepped back and work in a more distance nowadays.
Alarm
I dont have an alarm that have cameras or microphones indoor, it can be used for room-surveillance by your security company and the police.
There is a new Swedish alarm that i can recommend its ”sensor alarm”, its connected with the air pressure, so when a door opens into the home the airpressure in the apartment changes and the alarm sets off, great work. But It's not sufficent with just "I´'m safe, i have an alarm" approach. The Swedish "professional" thiefs dont care about the homealarm. "It beeps and shouts while im doing my burglary" A thief once said to a Swedish newspaper. There are many other small actions and ways than an alarm that all toghether can improve your homesafety.
Television
The television is a surveillance platform in the home of ordinary people.
The military departement in Sweden that controls the television broadcast are FRA , the television gives FRA;
1)Remote acess. To the home.
2)Covert surveillance. There are bugs and differrent electronics aimed for surveillance in the television, it maps sleeping habits and food habits. When the home is empty and when its occupied.
3)Blackmail. With threats to civilian lives, the television instructs civilians to donate money to the Swedish king
4)Eavesdropping. FRA listens to conversations in the home.
5)Physical acess, With the above methods FRA can get physical access to the home. and orchestrate burglarys and
break-ins.
My conclusion using television is that i dont have one. And i tell my family to loose their home televisions as well. For their safety.
I have no unnecessary electronics in my home
I got rid of television, also mobilephone, electronic game consoles, and music equipment like stereo dvd player etc
I just get it out of the house. They can be used for room surveillance and also apting of firebombs in your own home.
Storage of laptop and computer equipment
I store the laptop if any in an aluminium suitcase for laptops, its fire and bump safe and when storaged it keeps the room surveillance of camera out.
Blocking of entrance to your home, doors and windows.
If you suspect you had a burglary without the thief leaving no trace change the lock on your frontdoor and pay it with cash so your creditcard doesn’t register the keycode. Have a lock for every window. If necessary, and possible, also have a lock for every inside door, (in my current city both of the citys locksmiths wont help me with this. I feel thats i kind of strange. And I’m about to move to another city) I have recently developed a locksmiths product i call it a "cover up plate" that I place on the outside of the bedroom doorlock. Have a security door with no letterbox that keeps the apartment free from pyromaniacs that are using the letterbox for dropping shit at your homeentry.
Have a metalblock for every plate in the wardrobes ceiling.
Have a hatchet or door chain for indoor use to your front door, back door and in your sleeping room, bed room,
Mobile phone
If mobile, pay for mobile phone with cash so your credit card doesnt register the imeii number.¨
Storage of mobile phone, I keep the phone off in an aluminum electronic box thats closed, it keeps the phones microphone without listening into you home. Or as I do recently I store it in the unused oven, I beware of mobile social media apps with stepcounting, its a sign of burglary. Step counting was a torture punishment method in english prisons during 1800 and into 1900, the famous british writer Oscar Wilde was imprisoned and tortured with this method, the stepcounting established at the same time as electricity in the British Empire, stepcounting today is used in surveillance to measure where a victim is located in the home.
Social media apps
I beware of pyromaniacs talking about fires in media, just lighting a Christian ceremonial candle in media is a symbol, loading the image "the weapon" with a bonfire. Companies that promote violence or violent behaviour
i don buy or watch movies in any way. Also i found a company that promotes burglary in Sweden, their products in food markets, In i order to remove a doorchain-lock the burglar
needs a simple tool like a bent fork.
Electricity
Every bug that collects info in the home has a common ground they are inneed of a constant
flow with electricty to function, hence I have closed the electric grid in as much as possible in my home, the grid is still working and I just closed it down with unscrewing some of the electric safety bulbs.
Bedroom
The modern hitman is a dentist who sneaks up on you while asleep. If your bedroom and or living area is pitchblack, dark, with no lamps in the beedroom or no lighting from the outside that enters the bedroom, with thick full cover courtains for the windows, and doors, this makes it difficult for the hitman to navigate and make way in the room when dark. Also blocking the door entrance with the plate product i developed, see link, makes the bedroom more safe.
Doors
With blankets or full cover curtains for every door inside the house, the proffessional hitman scares of entry since he doesnt want to leave any dna traces on the crime scene for the investigating police. I have a product I developed that can
be used for this its named "Värmegardin" see link below., but the safest protection from entry through an inside door is a door chain.

Floors
In sweden the floors are made of a layer wood that makes a resonance with the sound in the home, it increase hearabilty, so im about to get large persianmats for the floor, the thicker, the larger area for the mat the better.

A smart thief can put an object close to your door to see if you are observant and removes the object, if no ones removes the object in due time, no one is home or no one is on their guard. So remove all loose objects near your homefacilty, everything from coins, to larger pieces of trash, things to go to the garbage room, gardening equipment, childrens toys e.t.c. A smart swedish thief makes often a loud noice before the breakin, just near your house's entrydoor or in the surroundings to your home in the close neighboorhood, then he waits for approximativetly 15-30minutes, if no one wakes up, is alert, and light up their lawn but just stay in bed turning around in bed. The thiefs proceed with the burglary.
My daily actvivities
I go to bed early and up early, just before the dawn. It gives me an advantage to the people that are planning to do a breakin. Most breakins happen in the light at 14.00-16.00 afternoon or at midnight 00.00- 02.00 or dawn twilight 04.00-06.00
I often check the owner of strange cars in the neigbourhood to a open register that the Swedish transport authorities have. I dont have a newspaper. When someone is at the door, I dont open the door, I have the door closed and speak through it, there are so many strange people I can avoid with this method. I take notes in a timelog thats off the grid ”in handwriting”, for every special time occasion and person that i suspect of burglary.
I learn from my neigbourhood.
Every place has its own security arrangements, In every livingquarter there are people who has figured out safety solutions
that works for them. From a woman refugee from afghanistan who lived 1km away from a university police academy, I learned the trick to avoid eavesdropping in my apartement with mats, rugs, covering all the floor, and storing the mobile phone in the oven. From a cultural house located in a small village where a motorcycle gang had a gangshouse nearby, I learned to have a door look for every door so even the inside doors. From a another small village, where there where hoodlums shooting with lasers. I learned from a house nearby to have full cover curtains for the windows and also the inside doors. After three attempts on my life with my home electric equpiment as the weapon( arranged electric fires) i decided to loose, cleaning out all house electronics -all electric gear, that wasnt absolutely necessary for me.
I Learn from government administrated security firms.
In a radio speech summer 2023 our swedish security police chef in sweden gave info how they worked with their personal security in their office spaces. Here there is possiblitys for improvement for me.
They have an office coffee machine- Check, i too drink coffee but im better off since i boil my coffe on the stove.
They have a full covering floor mat, rug. - I Fail, i dont have floormats or rugs so much, yet, but im about to get.
They have a electronics ban in their office.- I Fail, I still has some left like a computer. but i keep household electronics to a minimum for example, I have no Television, radio, hifi, vacuum-cleaner or coffee-boiler.
They have a personal safe for every employee for storing files at the personels desks. -Check, I too have a safe.
They don't let any paperwork lie around. -I Fail, im starting a new cleaning habit now, this habit makes me more secure for idea and copyright theft
My home defence network
Since its the Swedish police and their associates that are involved in the breakins to my home i dont contact them for help. .Instead i team up with large groups of people, I am a member of the home town community ”hembygdsföreningen” and the neigbourhood whatch ”grannsamverkan” were my parents live. The Swedish rental apartments organisation ”hyresgästföreningen”.

Overcourse - monitoring with laser.
The British security services and their security colleagues in France and Sweden and Finland are using lasers for Monitoring, I recently discovered that myself has been eavesdropped with this method for many years 24-hours a day every day of the year.

You can discover that you are monitored with laser by your red-sensitive eyes, a sticking sensation in the eyes or eyepain or different diseases and inflammations in the eyes; a sudden flow of tears or continuos gathering of puss in the eyes. Other health issues are sudden headache or nausea that occurs at a specifiq place in your home. Sudden overwhelming fatigue. Greasy stomach with vomiting. Heartburn.
I now use window filters "a film" on the outside and inside of the windows to distort the laser reflection signal. When filterered, you can make observations of yellow-white laser (daylight colour), if your bottom of the window is brighter than the top, if theres is a shadow at the top of your window and if a window bottom corner is more bright than other corners of the window.To use laser in the countryside in this manner is illegal in most countries, you might have a success in getting rid of your laser survelliance by telling your authorieties, your regions securityofficer or even go the police. Some times even the ordinary patrolling police have troubles with lasers. For authorieties to listen, it could be good for you to first identify the building that are used for this purpose in your neighbourhood.
How to identify the orign of the laser beam is to look for a broad light (red, yellowwhite or blue) light source in a window about the size of a car light in a othervise dark room. And in an apartment that are empty or not occupied so much. Look for props; The car that is placed in front of the building where my lasersurveillance origins from is parked on the same spot for weeks, sometimes months. Its a "prop" not a ordinary car. About 80 % of my stolen inventions in development end up in companies in England.
